Delivery

All orders are usually processed within one working day of being received. Delivery will then take place within 3-4 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Please note any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

For small items, our standard delivery rate is £6.95.

Same day courier service in London is available Monday to Friday and can be arranged during our operating hours (9am-5pm). Please get in touch for a quote.  

International Shipping Orders

Orders shipping to outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  

Returns

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do however, if you would like to return your item then we are more than happy to assist.

To start your refund, please email us at shop@oliviaalexandra.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s), quoting your order number, and requesting a refund. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return process. Please ensure you include your order number and name in your box when shipping it back to us.

We promise to refund any unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in the same condition you received them.

We don’t offer any refunds on sale items unless they are faulty. Please send a photo of your faulty item to shop@oliviaalexandra.com

We do not offer exchanges, please return your order for a refund and repurchase.
